Anne-Marie Filaire is building聽a body of work that is dense, engaged, rigorous and monumental. Her first series, made in the 1990s in her native region of Auvergne, was her first foray into landscapes and led her on a long-term personal and photographic quest. In Temporary Security Zone,听, Marseille,听presents聽Filaire’s investigations from the last 10 years, from 1999 to the present-day, when she travelled to the Near East and East Africa. A聽series of images captured in Israel-Palestine, Lebanon, Eritrea and Yemen聽document聽the scars and ravages of infinite time. Until 29 May.
