Grace Alison鈥檚 work documents and articulates the world around her. Through multi-disciplinary installation, she examines how we inhabit spaces, questioning our relationships with them and how they reflect those who live within. The artist has used photography, sculpture and craft media to create a multi-dimensional series exploring her Nana鈥檚 home, after it was unused for over a year.聽Two for Joy contemplates how memories can be held within a space, reflecting on thoughts of the home and familial relationships. Through layering and composing these motifs with objects associated with memories 鈥 such as photo frames 鈥 she creates a personal representation of domestic space.
