The latest in the Louisiana Museum of Modern Art鈥檚 series The Architect鈥檚 Studio focuses on Chilean studio ELEMENTAL, headed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Alejandro Aravena. The company built its reputation on an innovative and pragmatic approach to social housing in the Chilean capital Santiago.
It has gone on to design everything from museum buildings to private homes, with the UC Innovation Center at Santiago University a signature project. The studio notes:聽鈥淚t isn鈥檛 so much about the answer, but about asking the right questions.鈥
