Break The Frame
Break the Frame incorporates contemporary and traditional craft processes such as puppetry, a hacked CNC machine and a musical score as a tool to deconstruct the narratives around 鈥減rogress鈥 in relation to precarious labour practices and technological development. Huckfield employs traditional and experimental modes of production to deconstruct, subvert and interrogate metaphors and stories around making cultures, technological discourses and labour practices.
