Positioning photography as a聽 key 鈥 yet often deceptive 鈥 historical tool,聽In The Still of the Night聽at Fotohof, Salzburg, examines public and private worlds through the work of five socio-politically responsive practitioners.
One such artist is Edmund Clark, whose work uncovers the hidden spaces of control聽in the 鈥渨ar on terror.鈥 Visualizing the covert sites and experiences associated with the global response to terrorism, the works navigate unsettling domestic arenas.
