Silent Land at Fotografiska, Stockholm, is an intimate representation of life in one of the world’s poorest and least-documented countries. 脜sa Sj枚str枚m returned to Moldova in 2014 after a period of absence, and discovered that the region had undergone a period of great change. This series of images investigates beyond the obvious, facilitating reflection and contemplation.
