The Manchester Lamps, a series of new sculptures by art and design studio Acrylicize in Piccadilly Place, celebrate the history of the city through a playful, design-led approach. Each of the five installations echoes a distinctive time period whilst exploring聽 city’s identity through themes such as innovation, industry and discovery. Styles referenced include Art Nouveau, Art Deco, Mid Century, Victorian and Contemporary.
