Uniting innovative design, pioneering photography and contemporary practice, these must-see shows traverse a variety of locales including Scotland, Finland and Georgia.

Highlighting 12 emerging voices from Georgia, this show sheds light on a little-known photography scene. The collection documents the country鈥檚 independence through intimate portraits, symbolic landscapes and representations of tradition. From 22 September.

This exhibition celebrates bold architectural landmarks of the 20th century through polished, futuristic images by Ezra Stoller (1915-2004). Modernist structures featured include The Guggenheim Museum, New York and Fallingwater house, Pennsylvania. Until 3 February.

London Design Fair is a four-day event bringing together 550 creative exhibitors from 36 countries. Featured are Tero Kuitunen’s products from Finland鈥檚 Nordic Happiness Hotel, a presentation focusing on the country鈥檚 interior and technology brands. Until 23 September.

Looking to themes of heritage and migration, Lightwaves highlights contemporary work by artists-in-residence Jos茅e Pedneault, Bertrand Carri猫re, Mat Hay and Melanie Letor茅. The images respond to life in Quebec and Scotland. From 22 September.

Mus茅e de l鈥橢lys茅e unearths a new aspect of Jacques Henri Lartigue鈥檚 (b. 1894) oeuvre. Offering personal insight into the photographer鈥檚 daily life, the collection reveals a fascination with nature, people and the vividness of the wider world. Until 23 September.
