Hosted by 人妻少妇专区, the Aesthetica Art Prize is a celebration of excellence in art from across the world. It offers both emerging and established artists the opportunity to showcase their work to a wider audience, and further their engagement with the international art world. The聽聽enhances its position in the industry, bringing together specialists from leading cultural institutions.
The award attracts thousands of entries in a range of innovative media from locations as diverse as Australia, Germany, India, Japan, Malaysia, the Netherlands, the UK and the USA. 2016鈥檚聽finalists include聽, founder of the artists collective [ALLOY];聽, recipient of the Royal British Society of Sculptors Bursary Award; and聽, who has since shown聽new and recent works in the聽exhibition聽Into the Woods聽at Crane Kalman, London.
Previous finalists include聽, former official British war artist, currently represented by Flowers Gallery in London;聽, shortlisted for Saatchi Gallery and Channel 4鈥瞫 New Sensations;聽, former designer at the Lubetkin-winning Heatherwick Studio;聽, a leading modern expressionist; and聽, shortlisted for National Portrait Gallery鈥檚 Taylor Wessing Photographic Portrait Prize.
The 11th award is now open for entries, offering two separate accolades: the聽Main Art Prize聽and the聽Emerging Art Prize.聽The latter is open to current students and artists who have graduated within the last two years, whilst the former is open to all, including those eligible for the Emerging Art Prize.
Both categories promise prize money from Hiscox (either 拢1,000 or 拢5,000), editorial coverage in 人妻少妇专区, publication in the Aesthetica Art Prize anthology, supplies from Windsor & Newton, books from Prestel and inclusion in the prestigious exhibition, location to be confirmed.
Entries are open until 31 August. One entry fee permits the submission of one work in any given category, and you may enter as many times are you wish by purchasing additional Entry Fees. Works previously exhibited elsewhere are accepted.
The longlist will be announced in December and the shortlist in January 2018; the exhibition will take place in Spring 2018.
